We make sure to deliver long-term solutions for our clients, which both they and we believe in. We work hard to succeed, though not necessarily in the office, nor or at set times. (However, we do have a fantastic office, so we usually end up here anyway.) Sustainability for us is also a democratic way of running the company, where everyone – employees and owners alike – have a great influence on both clients and working methods.

Kindness

As a client, supplier or employee, you should always feel welcome at Sweden's kindest agency. We are not prestigious and for us it does not matter who is or said what. We lift each other up and make sure that we create the absolute best idea – together. We are constantly developing ourselves, and Pool as a company. We do this with care. Always.

A look back

At the end of the 20th century, two newly-baked graphic engineers started a new agency, rapt with the possibilities of digitalisation. It was a great time for companies to take advantage of behavioral changes and find new ways of doing business. The founders, Hanna Steiner and Arvid Axland, realised after a while that the channel expertise also became a limitation. Pool needed a new direction as an advertising agency. We benefited from our knowledge of the experience industry and educated ourselves in experience economy. Then we developed our own processes to be able to help brands, regardless of industry, with their transformation, and to become more emotional in their communication. We wrote the book "The pursuit of emotion" which summarised our philosophy, and we also began to missionise our message in lectures and training.

The agency of the future

We have now successfully helped a large number of brands to find, develop and communicate their experience value. The results speak for themselves with many award-winning campaigns and positive effects on our clients' businesses. We want to continuously develop as a leader in emotional communication and experience design. As a company, we are only 23 years young and look forward to helping and inspiring hundreds more businesses for decades to come. Our mission is to make companies and people grow through meaningful experiences – we intend to continue spreading our knowledge in client collaborations, lectures, books and blogs.
