Every Talk Matters
Every year, around 1,500 people commit suicide and Mind receives more than 90,000 calls from people struggling with feelings of anxiety, worry or loneliness. The campaign's theme, Every Call Counts, recognises that compassionate conversation is at the heart of support and aims to encourage more conversations between people. The campaign ran throughout May.
Mind is a non-profit organisation that works to improve mental health, including through its helplines. But Mind needs to become better known. The stronger their brand, the easier it is for them to ask for people's money (and time as volunteers on their helplines). Getting more people to know who Mind are and what they stand for has been Pool's main task since they chose us almost three years ago.
The campaign saw Mind's awareness increase from 20% in April 2024 to 28% in June 2024, a 40% increase. Compared to all other NGOs, Mind is the only one to significantly increase its awareness over the period.
